How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are baked fresh and contain no added preservatives. They are best enjoyed within 4-5 days of arrival. To keep them longer, you can freeze them for up to 6 months in their original packaging.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship across the continental United States. To ensure maximum freshness, we use expedited shipping methods and do not ship over weekends to avoid your treats sitting in a carrier warehouse.
Are there options for people with nut allergies?
While we offer products without nut ingredients, all of our treats are prepared in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts. We recommend that individuals with severe allergies refrain from consuming our products.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you can select a future delivery date. We will time our baking and shipping to ensure your order arrives as close to that date as possible.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
